Packaging Inside: Self-installation is required for most of the furniture. Installation guidebook is provided in the packaging box. There may have video demo (if any) to be provided.

7 days (from date of receive the goods) product quality guaranteed (product itself nature) is offered to the electrical products. Exchange of parts is available. For damages by human natures or by mis-installation is not served.

 

Refund is not offered to all products. Any damages that might be caused by via delivery, we will exchange the respective parts. If you have found any deficiencies and/or missing parts upon receiving your order, please immediately contact our Customer Service WhatsApp 5266 4136 within 5 workdays. We offer parts exchange or missing part support at our store in Kwun Tong. In reasonable examined cases, exchange of other same value items at our service centre is available.
